For whoever has to fill in the compliance matrix.
Procurement asks the same questions in every country: what are the devices certified for, which standards does the installation satisfy, where does the data live, and what can you show us. Here they are with their answers and the documents behind them.
Four areas, and what we can hand over.
CE marking and test reports
Radio (EN 300 328), electromagnetic compatibility (EN 301 489-1 / -17, EN 55032 / 55035, EN 61000-3-2 / -3-3), RF exposure (EN 62479 / EN 50663) and electrical safety (EN 62368-1), under the RED, EMC, RoHS and WEEE directives.
Documents: declarations of conformity per product family, and the laboratory test reports.
Lighting standards
Classes and requirements to EN 13201-2, verification to EN 13201-4, class selection to CEN/TR 13201-1, adaptive operation to UNI 11248 — including the return to the design class on failure, which is the clause that matters most.
Documents: specification clauses, class profiles per stretch, and the record of every applied class with the measurement behind it.
Where the certificate sits
Energy measurement uses MID-certified meters from third parties, read by our controller over RS-485. The certificate belongs to the meter, and we name the model in the offer. Where a local approval applies, the meter has to satisfy it.
Documents: meter model, its certification, and the wiring and CT sizing proposed for your lines.
Protection and residency
Hosting in the country or region you choose, or on your own infrastructure; encrypted in transit and at rest; access by role with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication; export in standard formats. The platform processes operational data — devices, energy, events — and no personal data by default.
Documents: the security description, the hosting arrangement, and the data-processing terms for your contract.
Line by line, including the lines where the answer is "not yet".
A compliance matrix answered with "compliant" on every row is a matrix nobody read. We mark what is documented, what is available on request, what needs an integration and what we cannot satisfy — and the last category is the one that saves everybody time.
Send us your matrix →There is a certificate, a report or a published measurement, and we attach it.
It exists and we will send it for this project, with the version that applies.
Feasible with a third-party device or a connector, quoted as such rather than presented as standard.
Said plainly, early, while there is still time to change the specification or to decide not to bid.
Working on a tender with a deadline?
Send the compliance matrix and the technical annexes. We answer within a working day, and we say which rows we cannot satisfy.
