1. What this notice covers
This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through this website: the contact form, the request for the specification pack or other documents, and any email you send us. The iLCS platform used by our customers is covered separately in the contract with the customer, where Wi4B normally acts as data processor.
2. What we collect and why

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it. We do not send a newsletter unless you ask for one.
3. Who sees it
Our own staff, the company that hosts this website, and Microsoft, which runs our email — the last two appointed as data processors and bound by contract. The form is handled by a script on our own server: no third-party form service receives your message. Where a project is delivered with a local partner, we tell you before sharing your enquiry with them. The current list of processors is available on request.
4. Where it is kept, and for how long
Your message is processed on the server that hosts this website, located in Italy, and delivered to our mailbox. Where a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards its contract with us provides. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept for 24 months; commercial and contractual correspondence for the period required by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction or portability; you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@ilcs.it. If you believe your data is handled improperly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of your country of residence.
